Our online store specializes in artisanal pastries, including croquembouches and other sweet delicacies, delivered locally in Amsterdam.
4. Orders and Payments
- There is no minimum order amount, except for certain products that may require a minimum quantity per item(in particular small pastry items).
- Any applicable minimum quantity is clearly indicated on the corresponding product page.
- Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.
- An order is considered final only after payment confirmation.
5. Delivery and Pickup
- Orders are available for pickup only at our lab located at Rustenburgerstraat 386C, 1072HG Amsterdam (De Pijp).
- Standard delivery is not available at this time.
- Delivery may be arranged upon request and subject to a custom quote, to be discussed by email prior to placing an order.
- Pickup details and timing will be communicated after order confirmation.
6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup date: 100% refund.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date: no refund.
