Shipping & Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing our French pastry shop. Please find below the details regarding order pickup and delivery options.

. Orders are available for pickup at our lab located at 386C Rustenburgerstraat, Amsterdam (De Pijp).

. There is no minimum order amount for pickup.

. For certain products, particularly small pastry items, a minimum quantity per item may apply.

. Any applicable minimum quantity is clearly indicated on the corresponding product page.

. Customers can select their preferred pickup date/time during checkout, before completing payment.

. At this time, we do not offer standard delivery services.

. Delivery can be arranged upon request and is subject to a custom quote.

. Requests for delivery (within or outside Amsterdam) must be made by email prior to placing the order.

. Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure freshness and quality.

. All pastries are made to order using premium ingredients and traditional French savoir-faire.
