Thank you for choosing Amsterdam Pâtisserie. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, your satisfaction remains our priority.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pastry and food products.

2. Order Cancellations & Refunds

. Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 100% refund.

. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.

. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Quality Concerns

If your order is collected in poor condition or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us promptly via our contact form or by email.

. Kindly include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

. Upon review, we may offer a commercial gesture.
