After placing your order, you can send us an email for any specific requests, such as a special delivery location or a custom decoration request.
Please note that the number of choux may vary by approximately 5 pieces; the quantity indicated is the minimum guaranteed. If you require a precise number, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to add an extra box to ensure it.

It's a wonderful center piece for any party and the filling is so amazing, it's creme brulee filling. However, it's a very "heavy" cake and a lot of caramel to keep it intact so a bit hard to eat. But again: the taste is so great, as a center piece accompanied with maybe another cake it would be nice for any party.

We really appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that you enjoyed the flavor of the croquembouche. Since your last order, we’ve actually adjusted our caramel to make it lighter and easier to enjoy while still keeping the structure of the cake. And you’re absolutely right, our vanilla mousseline cream is very similar to the crème anglaise used in crème brûlée, but with a thicker and richer texture.
