Our traditional Fraisier features a light and fluffy vanilla sponge cake gently soaked in a homemade lemon syrup, bringing a bright touch of freshness. It’s filled with a smooth, airy vanilla diplomat cream and a rich, homemade strawberry crémeux for an extra burst of fruity flavor.

Each cake can be customized with a delicate almond plaque and a personalized chocolate message, perfect for celebrating any occasion with a refined French twist.

This cake measures 24 cm in diameter and 6 cm in height, and can be sliced into 10 to 14 portions, depending on your serving size.
